Ask for fentanyl (sp?) its a wonder drug. Its what they gave me while I was induced. Try sitting crossed legged on the bed, then lean forward on a birthing ball. Then have a nurse make you up a heatpad and put it on your back
Yeah if you figure out something that does let me know I had that with my son I feel your pain only thing that helped a little was my husband rubbing it during contraction and laying on my side some not directly on your back
hot bath water. have your support partner put some nice pressure on your back. (tennis ball in tube sock works amazing, they demonstrated on us at one of my birth classes and I deff intend on using it)
Well I had the epidural but that didn't help I still felt them bad! And it was because it was time to push. You should ask for some pain meds I've seen ladies here asking for that and that they get morphine.
