question ladies. how much did you spend on your nursery set? I'm getting a 4 in 1 crib, a 6 drawer…

Good price! Especially if its good quality stuff! I spent a little more than that on a 3-pc furniture set. I didn't mind it for the quality tho.

I'm gonna try to find my stuff used as much as possible. Something for baby wearing, a place to put clothing and diapers and a changing pad. Also some type of comfy basket. I'll be co-sleeping for most of my child's baby and toddler years, so I'm not going to bother getting a crib.

To each their own. I think putting your child in their crib and own bed to sleep encourages a sense of independence and healthy sleeping habits. studies prove that babies and children who sleep in their own crib or bed have better sleeping patterns and stay asleep longer. also, as selfish as it seems, I sleep with my husband and I want intimate time with him without worrying about our son being passed out next to us every night lol.

we plan on having more children in the future though so this set we are really going to keep for the years to come. my dad always drilled in my head that it's better to pay more one time than get something cheap and have to keep replacing it lol

@shawtypop There have been plenty of studies that also show that when babies and toddlers have got plenty of intimate together time with their parents when small, they are less prone to have problems with needing extra attention and other possibly crippling emotions later in life. There's no way a child will always want to be super close to their parents. There'll be a moment where they'll want their independence for sure. Also, it just doesn't feel right in my heart for me to leave baby to sleep alone right after its been so close to me in the belly for 9 months non stop. But like you said, to each their own. And well, yeah it's awesome to buy things so that they last, used items can last long too! If they don't however, I don't mind because there's the own little joys in getting new stuff 😁

That seems like a great price! Furniture in general is very expensive.

yes that is a Great price for everything your getting, that price alone could be just 1 to 2 pieces of what u have! go for it girl!
