Woke up with a niggly headache! A girl at work said she went to doctors while pregnant and got acupuncture for her headaches and it totally stopped them, anyone of our lovely ladies in here done this?

I've heard that it works but the reason why I've never done it is because headaches can be constant in pregnancy so it's best to just try to relax and eas it off unless your planning on spending every other day

My mother went to acupuncture when she was pregnant and it helped a great deal, she had back problems that didn't seem to go away any other way.

@hawkie75 I can totally understand! I'm so stubborn about meds that I don't even take anything even when I get the headaches. I have monthy appointment with a homeopath though, and she will always give me something natural for what I'm having when I go there and ask. I hope whatever else you try really works for you!

Could be worth s try! Never personally done it but my husband suffers with really bad eczema and nothing was helping. When he was about 17/18 his parents took him for acupuncture and it really helped. He had one session again recently after we moved house as his skin really flared up again and it did the job. I know it's for different things but it really helped him xx
