Hosting and Planned my gender reveal with just my husband and I and its such a pain & exspensive. I'm second guessing a baby shower especially if I have to plan it all alone which I will more than likely....

I'm doing a gender reveal mainly for my son. pop a balloon take some pictures and that's it. I've never understood the purpose of doing it big bc people can't get you anything since they don't know the sex. lol but a baby shower can be more planned out and we'll worth what you spend
Exactly. And if you aren't getting any help then you shouldn't do it. I would just do the reveal. It's more exciting. I wouldn't spend a lot on it however. If people really want you to have a shower then make them plan it😂 I got pressured into mine

I was gonna have a reveal but was like fuck that I'm to tired it is Fun but expensive and just extra work. do like a Lil photo shoot instead maby? and if your to tired to have s baby shower maby have a bringing home baby party?
I regret having a shower. I had to do it on my own. The money I spent on it could have bought everything my son needed and more
