Is it normal to have water-like diarrhea? Is that part of labor or something?

I had vomiting with every one of my kids. One was so bad I thought I had food poisoning but when I went to the hospital they said I was dilated to eight. 😂

I heard vomiting and diarrhea can be apart of labor. it's you body purging itself to prepare for the stress of labor
