I really hope the lactation person at my doctors can fix Ana and i's issue 😩 we are both too impatient to breast feed and pumping makes me feel weird ( if that makes sense ) so I pump and use formula when I wanna avoid it.. I miss that closeness! I'm almost tempted to go try to feed her right when she wakes up again. Because anyone can give her a bottle with milk or formula, but only i can directly feed her from my boob.

Trust me know when my daughter " cluster feed " from 8-12 every single night & woke up at 3am it deff gets frustrating but I stuck the ought it, so hopefully everything works out for you ☺️ just keep trying .. yes if there is a pain it is a wrong latch .. Nursing should never be painful.. Try to make sure her mouth is open big when you nursed ..

@brieeleigh, it's worth it but it's super hard at 3 am when she's super hungry and screaming and frustrated bc you can't give her what she needs ;/ I can't wait for this appointment! Maybe it's as simple as a wrong latch (it always felt like a sharp pain) that can be corrected. But thank you! I will keep trying and maybe it'll be easier when my milk actually completely comes in. Hopefully it'll work out

BF can be difficult at times & not everyone can get the latch Just stick to it if you really want to benefit both you & your daughter.. It takes time & patience most defiantly. Do what works for both you & her. I hated hated pumping but I got through it cause that's what I wanted for my daughter was strictly Breastmilk. don't let anyone tell you what's better or anything like that just do what yu need to do for you & your daughter .. I hope you get the help you need with the latch & anything else while nursing ask any questions you have for the consultant. They are there to guide you through it. Deff worth the patience & the " struggle " to have the bond between your baby.

opinions about breast feeding while pregnant. the receptionist at my OB told me while making my appointment to start getting her off of the boob, because breast feeding causes your uterus to contract and can cause a miscarriage or preterm labor. any ladies breast feed your LO while pregnant and should I believe the receptionist?? my baby just turned 3 months on the 23rd .I give her breast and formula sometimes. any advice is appreciated👍

Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? has anyone breastfed and formula fed from the very start? I'm having to go back to work super early and want to make the transition easy on my mom who will be taking care of her. I will unfortunately not get many opportunities at work to pump, so that's not much of an option. What I'd like to do is breastfeed when I have her, and formula feed while my mom watches her. Will this be too complicated?
