Is some cramping normal....? almost like period cramps. Not too severe or anything just some. Maybe because I can't go to the bathroom...? No bleeding or severe pain with it.

in severe pain, stomach is cramping and tightening but it hurts then it'll twitch and release and start over on top of that I have a SEVERE migrane
