It's recommended to wait until you have 3 normal cycles so your body can heal and to prevent further complications but for me it took a year to get pregnant again after my mc. So I'd say wait until at least one normal cycle. The cycle right after a mc tends to be different than normal ones so you should wait until you feel "normal" again if that makes sense?

Well then it's been about 10 days, I'd assume your levels have went down all the way. With my miscarriage I went to the dr on a Friday and got confirmed that I was miscarrying. My bleeding lasted 5 days and my hormones dropped just as fast. Typically hormones double every 3 days so I'd assume they drop just as quickly. With yours having been at 5 it shouldn't take long to go back to 0. You could always take a pregnancy test to see if you're back down

I had a miscarriage and mine was a 10 and 3 days later it was back to 0. Just depends upon your body, it's hard to say exactly.
