is anyone else's family stressing them out about being in the delivery room? the way I see it, I want my mom and child's father in the room. I'm being induced if I don't go naturally by next week. if I'm induced I know my mom will be able to make it from where she lives, if not then I just want my child's father. yet, my aunt and 17 year old cousin think they have some right to be in the room.. I really don't want my family to see my down yonder area especially my 17 year old cousin (she's a girl fyi lol) I just don't feel like I need a dang party in there. I'm so scared and get mean when I'm stressed especially when I'm in pain and my family is so dramatic they are already making my delivery about them!! my aunt was rubbing it in my mom's face about being in the room and it hurt my mom's feelings (rightfully so) but my mom isn't one to start ridiculous fights like the rest of them.. it's just stressing me out I think I'm just going to be straight up with them like hey sorry your not going in you can see him the next day lol

I only wanted my sister's mom and hubby but it ended up happening so fast my uncle aunt and grandma were in the room to. it was the most naked I ever felt in my life. but such a wonderful experience to go through with the people I love. this time around one of my little brothers (age 16) asked if he could be there and I thought it would be awesome. probably the best birth control you could give a teenager lol. I agree with @jjmom12345678 just don't tell them your in labor then they won't be there. we have a fun family tradition and we sing happy birthday in the delivery room!

@paige1212, I just had my mom and my boyfriend with my daughter. I'd have whoever makes you feel comfrotable. because in that situation comfort is really what you need. this time my boyfriend will be in the waiting room with our daughter and my sister will go in. I only want close family. and not to be mean, but not his. your the one going through this you should decide. don't be scared, tell them straight up its your delivery. 👌

I had my mother in law and sister in law as well as my bf and they all three watched the whole thing. ( we have such a close relationship) My family lived in another state. It's your special day only have who you are comfortable with seeing you this way.
