I'm so new at breastfeeding, I need a little help! my left nipple was hurting so bad I just nursed my daughter on my right side most of the day, well now my left boob is hard!!! I've tried rubbing it I feel like that's helped some.. but it's still hard!

How old is she? Yeah you'll know when your milk comes in, I didn't pump until mine did and only bc I had too bc I was so engorged. My milk supply is still strong enough for me to have to pump even though I exclusively breastfeed
it was enough to scare me.. the hardness is gone, bc I've just let her feed from that boob, I do have a pump I haven't used it yet bc I didn't feel like my milk was all the way in yet and I like her feeding on me! @babyjjsmommy
How much blood was it? If it's from your boob should be very very little. Also yes, keep massaging them. I do every time I pump. Do you have a pump? Hot showers help get your milk down too so if you aren't storing it just squeeze it out in the shower to relieve yourself

Also maybe try a nipple shield to help with the soreness from latching.

Yeah I always switch sides, just yesterday I didn't feed as much on my left bc my nipple was hurting so bad.. @jadakiss
You gotta keep both sides drained or you will get mass Titus and it's no fun!! Plus try to remember what side you ended with and start on the other side next time you feed
She just spit up after I burped her, some blood, that's from my boob right? @babyjjsmommy
I'm letting her feed on that side now, I have cream and I've even started using coconut oil to help my nipple so maybe that will work. ima keep rubbing my boob tho and maybe that will help it not be so tight along with her feeding on that side!
Also try different positions, if you are just doing one position then your nipple is probably also sore from the way baby is sucking.
That is how I ended up getting mastitis. You are probably engirged and need to express the milk somehow. If you have a pump, then pump it out. Also they say not to feed on just one side, I made that mistake too. If there's anyway you can push through the pain, try to feed on that side too. Get some nipple shields and if you don't already have some get some nipple cream lansinoh works great!

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
I laughed so hard. My little brother had to do a family tree not too long ago and he needed our help. What a headache!!! Lol. I love my huge family though :)
