I'm having insomnia so bad here lately I just don't get any sleep at night anyone else what's some things you do to get you to sleep

How do you get your baby out of the habit of being rocked to sleep?
I am so sick of... people saying "enjoy your quiet time now", or "get your sleep while you can".

I don't think so it's not on my list and my Dr always says benadryl is safe to take every night
