Help! My son failed his weight gain at one month, what could I put in his breast milk to help him gain weight.

I bet you could drink it now. I can't drink milk pregnant either. All 3 of mine have been lactose intolerant. But as soon as I have them I can handle milk again. The oldest 2 eventually out grew it. But when my 4 year old was younger she couldn't have ice cream, cheese, yogurt or anything.

I became allergic to milk well I was pregnant, only time I drunk was for cereal so I cut it out my diet period. An I haven't drunk it since he been here @jenn61115

If you don't have diary products in your diet then it could be a protein allergy. My youngest is allergic to milk and has a protein sensitivity

Lactose intolerance caused some babies to poop more, have horrible gas issues, cry in pain after feeding. Try avoiding milk products and see if he does better. Then you'll know.

You can try feeding him more often. I feed on demand and that works good.
