Pretty sure post partum depression is becoming a thing in my life.. And I'm not sure where to even begin with getting help for it.. Just now starting to be able to even talk about it instead of keeping it to myself.. 😪

@chrissytee, im sorry you're going through it. I'm so glad you're starting to be able to talk about it. They have some really great stuff on baby center about it.
I'm trying.. My six week appointment is in a few weeks here.. So I'm gonna mention it.. & im starting to be able to talk about it so hopefully I'll have a support system soon 😐 @kreeblim

18 weeks and still have no belly. I'm not even sure if I feel movement. I feel something but not sure what it is 😕
