My new nightly ritual is to finish one of these full of water before bed no matter what.

@jesterr, I mean going to the bladder a lot SUCKS but it's so much better than being stuck in a hospital on IV.

@mommabearto2, yes, same with my first pregnancy. I intend to intake a lot more water.. water with lemon in the morning and ice water at night. I stay up long enough to empty my Blatter as much as I can.

@jesterr, This really is the smartest thing you can do. I know my pregnancy during my first trimester was the worse and it was all from dehydration. Stay hydrated even when you don't want to.

@mommabearto2, I feel it actually does. I've been doing it the past two nights and no sickness in the morning unless I take my prenatals with no food.

I do get up frequently but in the end it'll benefit, day or night.. water intake is water intake.. and 32 oz is more than enough in a 24 hour period.. I chose nights because I remember everything better before bed, I have no idea why haha. I'm thinking about making lemon water for the mornings instead...
