I've breastfed for two months now and idk whether it helps or makes it worse tbh. I gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy and lost 35 within the first 2 weeks. but haven't lost anything since then and breastfeeding makes me super hungry, even more than when I was pregnant. so idk lol
That's a two way street honestly. it does at first but you have to take in more calories than normal to make enough milk for baby. you can't diet unless given strict dr orders or it hurts your supply. it can do eithet.
Yes mam, my first time bf was with my oldest. 4 weeks pp I had no stomach. It may be a Lil diff for you but its something to try, plus your milk is best.
Indeed. Breastfeeding is good for both mama and baby. It also helps prevent Postpartum depression.
@likkountryma, @aliciafuentes045 that's awesome how the human body works !!
I lost a ton of weight breastfeeding my son, I weighed less 2 months after having him then I did before having him. I was 145 before getting pregnant and down to 127 after it was great :) but I hear every time is different. I'd love to lose a bunch of weight again because I have pcos now and started this pregnancy weighing more than I did at 9 months with my son :(
