anyone have any tips on how to make the littles move in the belly.? I haven't felt her for about 2 days and my brain wont calm down.
Try orange juice and cold water! I had the same thing happen and it could be caused by not drinking enough water. So try drinking 3 big glasses of water. That's what l&d told me to do. My doctor said at that point the baby should move every 5 hours. So if that keeps happening I would go to the ER.
thank you guys for the support and tips. When I was on my way to the doctors she started moving around. So thankful and what perfect timing. @jaixi @cmbwalker
Haha yeah she might, but better to be safe than sorry. Sometimes movements can go unnoticed in the hustle and bustle of the day. Try not to psych yourself out, I'm sure things are okay. My baby had a few lazy days when I was around 25 weeks. Now she is constantly moving it seems like (37 weeks).
Thank you so much @cmbwalker . My boss is going to look at me weird for trying it but Im sure she'll understand during traing today.
I calledy doctor yesterday and she told me to calm down and if no movement by day three go in for an ultra sound. Last week she only weighed 2 lb. I have anxiety and my brain always goes to the worst possibility. :/ Ill have to try the cold water and things and if nothing by this afternoon im going in. Thank you @jaixi
Drink something sugary like juice and lay down on your side for about an hour. Pay close attention and see if you feel any kicks. You should feel I think 4-5 kicks an hour or 10 in 2 hours. The placenta may be in front, but if you don't feel anything it doesn't hurt to give your health care provider a call.
At around 27 weeks she should have 10 movements every 2 hours
