Having extreme pain between shoulder blades. I've had the pain since yesterday morning. Making it unbearable to sleep 😭

You should go to a chiropractor. They can't do much for lower back pain but they can adjust your back and neck and it feels so amazing. Your spine is likely our of alignment.

@kimberkatherine, thank you. It seems better today. Don't really have time to go to chiropractor before baby comes, Doctor is inducing me Monday
