none here either :( my Dr is okay with me doing natural things to try and start labor and we might strip my membranes at me appt next week if nothing happens sooner @ashley145

I've heard its uncomfortable. it sounds painful though. I googled it and basically the dr uses their hands to separate the sac from your vaginal walls or something like that. I really hope I go naturally this weekend or something ! @ashley145

my doctor told me sex and more sex helps but that's about your safest bet

no:( I did lots of cleaning at my house yesterday and walking around shopping with my mom and then today I went swimming laps with my sister and nothings helping ! @ashley145

I wish I knew what real ones even felt like ! I just keep getting the tightening all the time so I assume they're BH since there's no pain. when do you see your Dr next ? @ashley145
