yeah I get them super random like that too. last night I had a super painful one and I got so excited but then I didn't have another after that 😣 @ashley145

no:( I did lots of cleaning at my house yesterday and walking around shopping with my mom and then today I went swimming laps with my sister and nothings helping ! @ashley145

I've heard its uncomfortable. it sounds painful though. I googled it and basically the dr uses their hands to separate the sac from your vaginal walls or something like that. I really hope I go naturally this weekend or something ! @ashley145

none here either :( my Dr is okay with me doing natural things to try and start labor and we might strip my membranes at me appt next week if nothing happens sooner @ashley145

nope :( I have a Dr appt today at 230 so we will see if I dilated more. I was 3 cm last Thursday so fingers crossed ! @ashley145
