My arm is still hurting from the TDAP shot I got yesterday. I don't remember it hurting this bad when I got it with my other two pregnancies. I've tried Tylenol and a heating pad. Any other suggestions?

thanks for the info! my fiance isn't sure if he's had it do you know if it would hurt him to get it if he has already had it in the last ten years? @bubblebeck
@summer415, I asked my doc and he said with every pregnancy. Otherwise, it's every 10 years.
I didn't know you had to get it more then once my wic lady said you only need it once in your adult life.. also the more your arm tenses up during a shot the longer it'll hurt for

@maybabyboy, I'm glad to know it's normal to still be hurting. I'll try rubbing it. @nicemmcha2015 I did notice that if I don't move it for a while, it gets stiff and hurts worse. Thanks ladies!
the more you move the faster it stops hurting.
gotta rub it out girl, it sucks but it works. I suggest rubbing it while in a warm shower, so the heat can help at the same time. mine hurt for 4 or 5 days this time, but the more you rub it the faster it fades.
