When I'm laying on my back and I try to sit up and it's kind of like achy in my lower abdomen on my right side ? It goes away once I'm up or if I change positions though? Is that round ligament pain?

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

I woke up very dizzy almost fainted, my hubby had to carry me back to bed, everytime I move I throw up, one moment I'd be sweating the next I'd be cold...I prop my head up a little bit with my hand..I haven't had any food so I'm hungry....The only time I'm throwing up sick is when I'm pregnant. I've never ever been this sick....
