Do you have to ask for the sweep or do most docs do it? I don't think I remember getting it done with my son, but I've seen a lot of moms on here talking about it.

I did!!!! I was at a 1 and about 90% effaced in the early morning about 8am and by 9 I was at a 3 took two Ambien (midwife prescribed) and 2 or 3 hours later I was at a 6 and getting the epidural💕
