Yea. Or if you don't eat enough. It use to happen to me I'd end up having to eat every 2 hrs
can you get headaches from being dehydrated
Drink Powerade. My sister in law passed out at the store once her doc told her she needed to drink Powerade.
Definitely dehydrated then so drink some Gatorade it will hydrate you quicker then water
yeah and I have a slight headache it's not a bad one . and I also have vertigo....my ears have been muffled all day ugh :( but I bet it's the water....I'm forgetting I need wayyy more water than I use to @babymay2016
Lack of water then definitely. I drink a lot a lot a lot a lot of water. And then some 😊 drink more water!
It happens to me basically every time and I have decided just not to go anywhere anymore... I get pretty bad Braxton hicks every time too. And I drink a LOT of water and don't have preeclampsia. To me it seems normal but maybe ask your doctor anyways!
I checked my blood pressure yesterday it was 129/71 I think I might be dehydrated cause I've been lacking on water and drinking diet Dr.pepper:( I've been bad @ashley07 @siababy

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
