I have my glucose test tomorrow. I'm kinda freaking out. any advice?

i had mine yesterday. it honestly wasnt that bad. drank it really quick. i had the fruit punch flavored one

They don't tell you till right there but you have to drink it in 5 minutes or less. Ask (if they dont already) if they can put it in a cup instead of the bottle. That helped a lot ALSO pretend its pop. That's what I did and it went so much better

but what about the fasting before and then waiting for two hours! I am hungry all the time I'll die!!
