🙋🙋🙋Going for my first non-stress test tomorrow, never had to do these before. What should I expect and roughly how long should I plan in being there? (Dr said they will be doing a growth ultrasound as well as monitoring the baby for a while)💖💖💖

You'll be relaxing and hearing baby's heart beating while doing kick counts. You'll most likely get tto drink water. Once baby moves 10 times or more they'll probably send you home and the machine monitors contractions as well.
