any other mommy to be's suffer prenatal depression if so what did you do to help yourself feel like you again because this is killing me I cry everyday and just feel sad when my husband leaves for work I feel almost like clingy which usually isn't me unless I'm sick I don't know what to do about it please someone give me advice
write in a journal. I find that helped me more than anything when I felt near depression. I'll have to start another with certain going on in my life now. hopefully things get better for you.
I'm currently trying to find work but where I live it's difficult alot of people wont hire someone expecting
My doctor told me to eat shrimp because there's a chemical in shrimp that helps with depression. I try and eat shrimp at least twice a week and it's helped tremendously. I also meditate and write in a journal. If it's really bad, talk to your doctor about it and they can give you other options as well.
