I heard on here that when you're so far along you get a shot in your butt? Or something like that?

If you have a negative blood type and the baby daddy is positive or unknown blood type, you need the Rhogam. If baby daddy is for sure daddy and negative blood type too, you don't need it.
I had my rhogam shot in my arm

Yeah. I got Rhogam at 12 weeks (cause I was spotting) and at 30 weeks. Got my Tdap at 30, too. And my one hr glucose test. I'm O- blood type. Hubby is +. I'd never heard of it going in your hip or butt. I got both of mine in my arm.

It's the Rhogam shot if you're RH- . I had to have it around 28 weeks in the top of my butt. I'm sure your doctor will let you know if you need it or not.

if you're talking about the shot for having a negative blood type, that comes closer to giving birth, I'm not sure if they put it in your hip or what. the tdap goes in your arm at about 32 weeks.

It might be the TDap vaccine you get around 36 weeks? It was a shot in the arm though

It's like a specific shot not all moms get it
