How can I pass my glucose test? anyone can help me out with ideas
If you want to be sure then take it tomorrow. And go for a walk or burn some calories some how. It helps.
This is what I was looking for...I've ate graham crackers about 6am & water @valrocks but I kind of wanted to take it today I guess tomorrow
Just don't eat any carbs or sugars for a few days leading up to it. Stick to proteins and greens. And water. Lots of water.
yeah i agree 👆👆 if something is wrong they can find out now rather than after you give birth and it affects the baby
I don't wanna fail the test neither because I don't think I can survive not eating for 3 hours if I don't pass the first time
you don't want to manipulate the results. if something is wrong allow them to find it.
I'm not sure if you can really trick the test but I had to take an early one and I'll take another at the usual time. My OB told me that I could eat a hour before the test but I ate 2 hours before the test and she told me not to eat anything sugary the day of. And not to eat or drink anything after the test until my blood was drawn, I know someone who ate before the blood was drawn she didn't fail but I wouldn't chance it. Personally when I get pregnant I hate sweet stuff so I naturally eat healthy I'll indulge in a treat every now and then but even when I do it sometimes makes me sick.

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

You can be racist towards the race of your friends.
You can be racist towards your own race.
You can be racist towards the race of your family.
You can be racist towards the race of your spouse.
You can be racist towards the race of your kids.
Your racism doesn't just stop being racism because 'X' is said race.
Racism is Racism.
Thanks for coming to this very well needed TedTalk.

Let's see if we can manage it ladies! No arguing!
I just ate healthy and didn't have any sweet treats the day before or the day of. Plenty of water to stay hydrated and keep yourself active.
