I was watching Natural Child Birthing video's to help prepare myself. I had a natural labor with my daughter but that was 7 years ago so I'm constantly thinking my labor with her was so easy and every pregnancy is different. Must prepare, must get into the mindset, must educate self. Well after the 4th video I started having BH contractions lol of course I'm mentally trying to prepare myself and my body goes let me help. Anyways started to walk around and sure enough Baby Bear started to have hiccups and the BH stopped. Now I'm eating my bite size cookies with whipped cream on top cause why the heck not. #thingsidowhennooneiswatching
