anybody ever had their membranes swept at 4 cm dilated??? if so did it work and how long did it take to go into labor??? I had my labor stopped a little over a week ago and now baby is 38 weeks and I'm ready to get her out! I have a appointment today and I'm going to ask to have my membranes swept

@shaunalee, yes I asked but he did it while checking my cervix without me realizing lol
how did you ask them to sweep them? or were you just straight up can you sweep my membranes? I wanna ask at my appointment tomorrow 😕
I was 4 cm a little over a week ago I'm hoping I've made some progress, do you think membrane sweeps are more effective the further dilated you are? @adamsbaby2016
I'm probably all the way effaced and 3-4cm.
When I had it done last week, I was 1cm and 50% effaced and I'm sure I'm more this week. She gonna do it again! hopefully it works this time.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

Bump pic. 14 weeks 2 days ! I'm showing alot earlier with my boy than I did with my girl !excuse the background, I'm at work, im a painter, and one of my workers said boss you're getting pudgy !! 😋😋 so I had to go take a look in the mirror!
I'm so scared to ask. lol my doctor is completely against inducing before 42 weeks. But I've been dilated to 3 and was 50% effaced foreverrrr now..did it hurt?
