I'm so abnormally concerned and just straight worried about SIDS affecting my daughter. I'm going on 38 weeks and I seriously shed tears randomly today just thinking about it.

I don't know how I am supposed to live comfortably when she is here and me being a wreck over something that is really just out of my hands. 😕😕😕

Look into monitors like owlet or there's another one you put under the mattress or something that keeps track of everything and if there's not enough movement it sends you an alert.

if you want your baby closer to you so you feel more comfortable, I don't know the name on the top of my head but there are these little beds you can place them in that go on your bed. they have mesh so you can see through them. it also protects them in case you tend to roll in bed. just a suggestion.

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?

anyone in tx? I'm sooo scared of this hurricane. My husband is in wyoming working so it's just me and my 2 kids. They're saying it's going to be a category 4 when it lands and I'm just scared. He's been telling me to calm down the last 2 days I've mentioned it and he just text me and said "I'm really worried about this storm" I want to pack my stuff and drive to wyoming right now...it's a 17 hour drive. But then I'm afraid I'd be stuck and wouldn't be able to get home bc of flooding and I don't want my daughter to miss school. I'm just terrified. I'm crying right now lol.
