oculus is always good also the movie Ouija was pretty scary

The boy wasn't bad!! If you have Netflix, I really enjoyed the Taking of Deborah Logan 🙃 my husband won't watch anything scary I always have to watch things alone lmao

sinister and the the conjuring are the only other two I can think of Sinister is REALLY good

Insidious 2 was good!
