Omg! I have the worst case of restless leg syndrome and I don't know what else to do for it. I have never hurt so bad. Any mommies know remedies for this? I am taking magnesium vitamins with Tylenol but nothing seems to work. 😭😭😭 Thanks in advance!

My dr has me take two benedryl at night for that. Might be worth a shot to ask. @mrsgoss
Not much you can do. But I find that walking around for a min, massaging my calfs or taking a bath before massaging helped.

Absolutely nothing helps mine. It is an every day struggle. I've heard magnesium baths are supposed to help. You buy the magnesium Epsom salts and bathe in them before bed. Also drinking an electrolyte drink before bed. Maybe you could try those?
