Ask your dr. And @nicole021995 I don't think so. Your too young. But I would ask your dr. They will know best. I just know here in ny the age is 25 or 3 kids.

I just told my midwife at one of my apts that I was done and I don't want any more. She asked how old I was and was like okay let me go ask the dr. And came back with papers. She was like now your 100% sure right. I was like oh lord I'm 1200% sure lol

I'm still young only 24 so I probably won't be qualified 😩 but I'm very high risk so maybe they'll make an exception.
