Do you think taking your child on vacation to Florida while he/she is 5months old a bad idea?? Anyone think the child is…

I wouldn't say too young but that kinda limits the stuff they could do there. They would have to keep the baby in mind (limited sun time, not much swimming in the ocean) and the baby wouldn't remember much so it seems like it would be a waste of vacation lol.

No but if it was out of the country I would think he or she is but I really don't think the vacation would be all that fun with a five month old lol

@ecb224, lol yeah. The reason is my family is throwing a family vacation and its in Florida in December and I have a 7 year old son so he would be going to Disney and its really for him and my cousins who are his age to enjoy.

i took my son to the dominican republic at 3 months doc just had me take him in for his 2 month shots and made sure I'd be back before next appt.

My baby due in July and I'm going to Florida in September for my brother wedding I don't wanna leave my baby so she might go

@amaperalta03, Awesome. My fiancé was saying she's too young but I wasn't agreeing with him. Originally we were going to go in August which is WAY TOO YOUNG because my due date is July 30 so than my family changed it to December.

@edomke, lol yeah I know what you mean. But it's really for my cousins and my 7year old to enjoy in Disney.

Oh well in THAT case then yeah it would be worth it hahaha.

That's fine and in December Florida is not too hot it's nice like 80s in the day and then cold in the night you'll be fine

Not too young! I'm going to Europe with my baby, he will be 6 months old when we go.
