Possibly back labor the only way I could tell when to push with back labor was by having my hand in my tummy and when it got hard that was a contraction I never felt them just horrible lower back pain

When I was in labor I didn't feel contractions like normal people I felt them in my back and legs that's it. Maybe your one of us lol

I never had back labor but you could definitely be right now. I would time them:))

Could be contractions you're 39 weeks already maybe your hips are opening
