I was throwing up about 4 days ago all day long I couldn't keep anything down. Since then I've had diarrhea cramps and bad gas. I can eat and drink now, but I'm not sure if I should tell my Dr or not and let them know what's been happening. My mother keeps telling me to. I feel like its just a stomach bug. Any advice would be good I'm a ftm, and I don't know if that's something the Dr needs to know or not.

When your pregnant you need to tell your doctor what you're feeling it could indicate a problem
I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I don't know how to tell my parents I'm pregnant😫 they will be 100% pissed off with me 😰
my baby daddy's ex wife works at the hospital I'm having my daughter she is just a cleaning lady she tell me they let her move the babies around I'm scared this women will take my baby she even tells me if I have my baby early she could see her ever day .. my doctor only delivers at this hospital I don't know what to do . this is why I don't want to have my baby early ..
