I have naturally black hair, but my roots are always lighter and turn blonde during the summer Lol. perks of being mixed. but I wanted to color my hair black so I can get the roots. have any of you done hair color while pregnant? I heard bleaching is bad but I just don't know. Lol almost 17 weeks!

I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself but going somewhere yes. They know what's safe and not safe. I colored my hair while I was pregnant with my son and got highlights and I'm actually in the salon right now getting my hair done and I'm pregnant with me daughter.

@cheylea5, yes of course! Lol my brothers girlfriend is a hair stylist and I was going to have her recommend safest store bought kind or bring her kit over to do mine. Lol thank you for the help tho! I feel a little better now.

I just dyed my hair more blonde recently and me and baby are perfectly fine! I just made sure that I was in a well ventilated area!

You can color your hair as long as you're in the second trimester and stay in a well ventilated area
