H E L P pls , my 1 month old has a really bad looking rash all over her neck it's supper red & there's even like little red pimple looking things idk how to explain but idk what to do is it bad ???

It's a normal baby rash they get my daughter gets it when she is teething really bad. She could be allergic to milk that you are drinking she can get cow milk enzymes through your milk. I would stop eating dairy and see if that helps her any most of the time it's a simple fix to clear their skin up. @mommytobe03.31

Ladies yesterday I posted about my daughter's feet they looked like they were red and had bumps well they look a lot better but now it's her stomach and chest it looks like a rash. She does have eczema so idk if I should take her into the hospital or not. Also I was bathing her and she tried getting up and hit her eye on the tub I feel like such a bad mom right now... does it look like she needs stitches. It's not bleeding

If it's in the folds of the neck it could be a yeast infection. I'd go to the doctor to be safe.
