Has anyone taken Evening Prim Rose supplements to help bring labor on? If so did you take them orally or internally and did it help? My cervix is doing nothing and I am trying everything! 😑

I believe so. My cervix was really soft and my labor progressed fast once it did start.

They just help soften your cervix. I took them orally 3x a day until 37 weeks then internally once a day.
