I just reported to probation and they need me to come into the office. I told the lady I was being induced tomorrow and she said to do it when I got out of the hospital. I'm behind on payments, I had a name change, address, and phone number change and didn't report it. I'm off my medication for treatment and recovery (which they have to understand since I'm pregnant) Surely they wouldn't arrest me right after giving birth right?

@adamsbaby2016, my charges were burglary and possession with intent, I was locked up in 2011 and I used my first offenders cause I was 8 months pregnant by the time I went to court and I was facing 3 years prison time, I won't be off probation till 2022.
I would give them what you can little by little so you don't go to jail again
I hate to tell you but the law doesn't care. Is there anyway to work something out? At least you are trying to better you life, right?
I've never been in this situation and I know you must be stressed out to the max but I would do what I can to get my ducks in a row now. I know you probably can't catch up 100% on your payments but send them something along with all your changes. You have to show them you are trying to work with them
