Gas drops helped my daughter at that age. I just gave her one small one and she would poop. Or bicycle kicks with her legs might help her

@shanel77, you can lay her down and rub her tummy. or take her to the er and they will help her with a thermometer. I've had to do it

New baby's can go 7-10 days without going poop and be OK as long as there is no discomfort!
