I'd say you're still very early in pregnancy. Like maybe 2-3 weeks? If so that's way early to see baby, and hormones are low! I'd say go back to your doctors in another week or two for another ultrasound. You'd atleast see sac. Good luck Hun!

I came on the 9th of February and bled 5 days. The mid of February my breast were hurting like heck. My doctor gave me a pregnancy test (neg ) and sent me to get my breast checked for cancer the beginning of March. March 9th I spotted light pink for 3 days and at this point had leaky breast then bled for 5. April 9th no period and one breast is leaking white fluid while the other us leaking clear. still have breast pain and now positive urine tests. no clue

Do you know when you were supposed to start your period, so you know how far along you are?? If you aren't far along enough you won't see baby, and hormones are going to be low still.
