@amaperalta03, exactly I know that's right I was the same way I wanted to be lightskin so bad cause I was always called black ass or you burnt or people would say you pretty to be darkskin but as I got older I'm like fuck that I love the skin I'm in and I know that's right baby girl is pretty
Yup a men play a big part in this cause " looks are everything" they will beat a woman down emotionally to make themselves feel better. I was in a relationships in high school he told me I was ugly and fat and I really believed him. And for a while I fought with insecurities and it's hard I never felt pretty enough or good enough. Even my dad brought me down about my appearance as well. But now that I'm a little older I ain't hearing none of that. I'm beautiful I'm smart I'm strong and can't no one tell me other wise. I constantly tell my daughter how beautiful she is even though she is still young I in instilling self confidence in her.

it's starts with forgiveness of the ppl who put you down, so you can move on from the craziness! She needs to be healed in order to do that. If you don't love you, no one else will. how is she going to identify with her child, smiss she going to allow them to get surgery too if they say they are ugly from what ppl tell them?!? Smh, I guess she would have committed suicide if she didn't have the money to change. Now that she's changed when is enough, enough! She'll probably end up on Doc. Phil soon! @nadeah. This is such a tragedy!

She was so beautiful before. This is why we need to love ourselves more. She doesn't love herself enough. She literally looks like some random Asian/white girl.
