Been having cramps ALL night but they aren't spaced out in any certain way, all just pretty random. TMI but I also have a lot of pressure like I need to use the bathroom but cant. Should I call L&D or should I just wait until my dr appt tomorrow morning?

I would call L&D because I like to feel better when something scares or worries me but do what makes you feel comfortable. If you are too worried, go ahead and call. If you're not too worried, then just wait until tomorrow.
