Im having twins a boy and a girl its my first pregnancy im 4 weeks now
could i be having a miscarriage So ive been having stomach. Cramps that come and go like im on my period i have not been bleeding or having any fever just the cramps. Is this normal? Its my first pregnancy and im 4weeks and 2 days
im so scared this is an ectopic pregnancy my first appointment isnt until june 1st how can i be sure its not?

Lol same here i get scared if my bby dont move in the day so i just put my hand on my stomach and it actually helps . She starts moving @green7dusty
