does anyone else not feel 100% comfortable giving birth around their SO? me and him are more like roommates and friends now, we've went through some tough things.. but I still feel like he's just not supportive and he will judge me the entire time.. stresses me out..

I told mine I didn't want him there but he insists so I said he needs to stay by my head!! pregnancy ruined my sex life I'm not about to continue it because he looks!!

@mygiftof2016, exactly!!!! I told him I'd rather he just wait till I get him out then he can be in there after but nooo he had to make it a big drama.

right! smh I'm like ok well lets have this birth ruin our marriage ok... he's like it'll be different he'll be out. ok lets see but I swear it's on it's way to divorce

@mygiftof2016, my relationship since I've gotten pregnant has been a disaster to! I wouldn't trade my son for anything but I had no idea he would ever act like this, all he does is go out and drink and get drunk and nit come home till 3am it's no way to live lol

When you have a baby it should be a joyous time that should be a wake up call for your babies daddies they need to realize this little bean is coming into our world and be supportive and not asses lol Sos can be quite frustrating while we're in labor I always have a friend of mine by my side cause I never want my So their nor do I want my mom so a close friend is what I recommend

@jjmom12345678, it totally agree, it's like he went out of his way to make me miserable the whole pregnancy it's sad really. he's an asshole for sure. lol my best friend will be there so I'm hoping he just doesn't bug me and decides to be normal and supportive or get out :)

my SO was there and watched the whole thing. He insisted and he said it was the coolest thing he ever saw. They put a mirror for me to watch but as soon as she started crowning I couldn't watch anymore. Him and I've been best friends goin on 15 years now together 5 years so I think I'd be mad if he didn't watch lol He fully plans on watching baby #2 as well. My dad fainted with both me and my sister, just depends on what they can handle and if you are comfortable with them watching you give life :)
