so I'm a little jealous. my sister is 34 weeks pregnant and dilated 2 centimeters!! Ugh! I wish I was further along and dilating! I can't wait to have her in my arms! July, please hurry up!

Are there any effective ways & things I can do to help soften and dilate my cervix faster? At my appointment my doctor said I was MAYBE a fingertip dilated and 60% effaced.
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?
So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation.
Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on .
I hope my fluids stay consistent.
Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️
On the other hand, you get to enjoy eating whatever the hell you want a little longer :)
