My hubby works. And I sure don't want to stay at his parents. House can't really stand them

I just had one . My husband helped for the first few days . And went back to work I was able to do most things alone . But Breast feeding can get emotional with the lack of sleep . Be aware . I totally get not wanting to go to your in laws I only wanted to be around my hubby . Good luck

Thing is my. Family. And. Friends. Don't live by me only his. Family. Which. They get me. Fucken mad a lot. They. Tell me how to be with my. Son how do this and that. Like wtf I'm the one having him.

Yes you can hold your son. They generally don't want you carrying anything heavier than your baby. You should be fine momma just be careful to not cause your incision to reopen. Mines did and it took me almost two months to heal 😔 just take it easy and listen to the doctors when they say to rest.

How. We're u able to take a shower if u can't really bend over

I had one with my son.my husband was a huge help for the first two weeks. He would get him for me so I didn't have to get up at night and would put him back in bed for me. You can shower they say just to let the water and soap wash over your incision don't scrub and then just pat it dry. It's hard to get up and down but not to bad. Laughing, sneezing, coughing all hurt so just be aware of thAt. I totally understand what u mean about the in laws mine MIL is the worst. I'm in the same boat I have no family just his and she try's to overstep a lot good thing now k have my own home and can tell her to leave when I want or just not answer
