how bad are the cramps? they're normal from your uterus stretching and growing, if it's really bad and you're almost in tears I'd call the on call or just go in. my on call told me to take Tylenol first and then if I didn't feel better in an hour to go in. it was some time in my 15th week, the hospital told me it was from having sex and shaking my uterus too much? but my doctor said it was probably just round ligament pain

It really terrified me. So far I've had no bleeding or spotting so I do think it may be growing pains like you all said or could be from sex because I did have sex yesterday...twice 🙈 now I'm scared to do that again. The pain was awful but more than that scary. I stayed up groaning and praying and I appreciate all the prayers.
they put me on pelvic rest for a week and said to take it easy next time, we literally didn't do anything crazy, I was just on top. I'm sure everything is okay♡ take some tylenol and a warm bath or heating pad

I did end up having a yeast infection and didn't know it and it caused a lot of pain. If it persists call your OB.
