Hey mommies how often do you feed your baby after being fed solids (rice cereal)? My son is 5 months…

They should be fed a bottle or breast the same amount as usual, solids are just for fun and practice in the first year, so they shouldn't be replacing or spacing out milk meals just adding to it lol if that's how your lil one used to eat, then you're doing fine 😊

The general rule is offer their milk first, then solids so they get all they need from their formula or breastmilk and get all the nutrients they need still 😉

Oh ok awesome!! I'm happy you told me this because I get shit from everyone saying I over feed my son because I feed him that much formula I'm just worried 😓

No problem! As he does get older though formula fed babies generally slowly wean because they don't need it anymore after one year, but you don't have to worry about that until closer to the year mark 😊
